This policy explains what information Aver Sign Company collects through this website and how we use it.

Information you send us

When you use the quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, what you need and your message. If you attach files, such as photos of a site or drawings, we receive those too. We use all of it only to reply to you and to quote and carry out the work you asked about.

The form is delivered to our office by email through a service provider (Resend) that sends it on our behalf. Attached files travel with that email. They are not kept on the website.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device for that purpose.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how long visits last. These services use cookies or similar technology. Where the law requires consent, these tools run only after you give it. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and its form, and when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep quote requests and attached files only as long as we need them to respond, to do the work and to keep normal business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@aversign.com or call (248) 542-0678.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
