What area does Aver Sign Company serve?

Michigan and the Midwest, from our base in Ferndale, Michigan. Our partnership with C&B Sign Services expands our footprint throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee.

What does petroleum branding and imaging include?

Everything that carries the brand on a station: full-site conversions, canopy and forecourt imaging, pump imaging with decals, overlays and graphics, MID and monument signs with their footings, LED price signs and electronic displays, LED canopy light upgrades, high-rise signs, and painting of canopy decks, pumps or the full site.

See Petroleum Branding & Imaging.

Do you work with petroleum jobbers on brand image programs?

Yes. Aver delivers imaging for petroleum jobbers, built to meet brand standards and pass inspections. We complete more than 100 branding and imaging projects a year, and our project managers know the standards and processes of the major petroleum brands, so a program of any size runs the same way at every site.

How do I request a quote?

Use the quote form, call (248) 542-0678 or email info@aversign.com. Tell us the site address and what you need, and attach photos of the site, drawings or brand specs if you have them. The form takes up to five files.

Do you handle sign permits?

Yes. Permitting is a full service at Aver: code review, the permit work and direct coordination with planning departments and inspectors, to avoid delays and meet local requirements. It is part of our installation and service work.

How long does a sign project take?

It depends on the sign, the permit process and the weather. We manage those factors and tell you about anything that affects the schedule, so you can plan around the work.

Can you install LED price signs and upgrade canopy lighting?

Yes. LED price signs, electronic displays and LED canopy light upgrades are part of our petroleum imaging work, and our service crews handle electrical diagnostics and LED retrofits on existing signs.

Do you repair signs, including electronic message centers?

Yes. Our service crews troubleshoot and repair signs, including EMCs, and handle electrical diagnostics and LED retrofits. Call (248) 542-0678 or send us the details.

Do you offer scheduled sign maintenance?

Yes. We offer scheduled maintenance as well as on-demand service, and we can advise you on the care of your signs, including routine maintenance, cleaning and repairs.

Do you install high-rise and pylon signs?

Yes. Our installers handle everything from new footings to the tallest high-rise signs, along with pylon, monument and other freestanding signs.

Can you provide engineering and sealed drawings?

Yes. From basic problems to sealed drawings, the Aver engineering team handles the engineering a sign project needs.

What kinds of signs do you build?

Monument, pylon and directional signs, channel letters, cabinets and other illuminated signs, LED and neon signs, canopy fascia and soffit systems, and vinyl, digital print and graphic packages, for inside and outside. Each one can be made to your brand's size, colors and design. See Custom Signs.

Are you a UL-approved sign manufacturer?

Yes. Aver is a UL-approved manufacturer, and our electric signs are UL-approved. Every sign is built to code and to specification.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Aver Sign Company is fully licensed and insured. Job site safety, a clean site and full code compliance are part of every project.

Can you make our illuminated signs more energy efficient?

Yes. We offer energy-efficient lighting such as LEDs, including LED retrofits of existing signs and LED canopy light upgrades, to reduce electricity use and operating costs.

Do you offer financing?

Ask us. An Aver representative can go through the cost, payment and financing options for your project, so the equipment can pay for itself from the revenue it brings in.
